Welcome to The Wellness Room. By placing an order through our website, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About The Wellness Room

The Wellness Room is an online retailer offering rooubos products to customers in South Africa.

All products are subject to availability. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and packaging may occasionally differ from the images displayed on the website.

2. Orders

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

The Wellness Room reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where there is a reasonable reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled by The Wellness Room after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate refund will be arranged.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the customer places the order.

Payment must be received before an order is processed and dispatched.

4. Delivery Policy

The Wellness Room delivers orders within South Africa using an appropriate courier or delivery service.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability and circumstances beyond our control.

Orders will generally be processed after payment has been confirmed. Customers will be provided with delivery or tracking information where available.

The Wellness Room cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, adverse weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

5. Delivery Address

Customers must carefully check their delivery information before completing an order.

If incorrect delivery information is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply to redirect or resend the parcel.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such circumstances, the customer may need to follow the applicable returns process.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible using The Wellness Room’s customer contact details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers should contact The Wellness Room as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.

Where a return is approved, customers may be required to provide photographs or other information relating to the product and its condition.

Products returned due to a change of mind must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, where applicable, and may be subject to the applicable return conditions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable South African consumer law.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method or another agreed method.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact The Wellness Room promptly.

Please provide:

• A description of the problem

• Photographs of the product and packaging where applicable

We will assess the matter and advise you of the next steps.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights that a consumer may have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

Where applicable, The Wellness Room will comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and other applicable South African laws.

Customers should follow the instructions, warnings and usage information supplied with each product.

The Wellness Room does not provide medical advice. Product information on the website should not be regarded as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
